    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous!!!! These are the IT shoe for spring! They stand up to the beautiful designs by higher end suppliers and seem to be up to Carter's quality standards. Beautiful flower, subtle pink glitter, but the size 12 I ordered and received did not come with a strap, which I really wanted. As they're not in store yet, we'll see if my five year old can handle slip on flats now.

    Is it true this flat doesnt come with elastic band as picture? My girl need it,she in size 1y/2y

    Size 10 and below have straps. Size 11 and above do not have straps.
