Not all products are available for international shipping. Bath and Body Care, furniture, and gift cards cannot be shipped internationally. Other products may be excluded on a country by country basis. You will be alerted to any exclusions in your shopping cart and will not be allowed to complete checkout until excluded product is removed.

Skip Hop items are not eligible for international shipping.

Promotional codes and offers for domestic orders cannot be used on international orders. We also do not offer price adjustments for international purchases. We cannot offer gift box services on orders shipped internationally. Please carefully review our international return policy as it is different than domestic returns.

Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses are considered domestic orders. Please select United States as your shipping country.

Your total order cost, including merchandise, shipping, taxes and duties will be presented to you during checkout in your preferred currency. This is the exact amount that you will be billed. There will not be any additional costs billed upon delivery.

Shipping is calculated based on:

  • number of units
  • weight of your order
  • Taxes and duties are set by the destination country and determined by the products included in your order.

You will be billed when your order leaves the U.S.

Please note that your credit card will be billed by Borderfree. The charge will appear as BF*CartersOshKosh.

If you would like to return your order by mail, please contact our Customer Service department at (706) 487-8712. They will issue you a Return Authorization and give you further instructions. Your online purchase cannot be returned in-store.

We are not able to accept blind returns. You must contact our Customer Service department before mailing your returns.

You will be responsible for all return shipping fees. We will not reimburse for original shipping.

Note that returns will be credited in the same currency and same exchange rate you as your original order.

Any purchase exchange for different size or color must be processed as a return and reorder. Please call our Customer Service department at (706) 487-8712 to initiate the return and reorder process.

We do not offer price adjustments on international orders.

We make every effort to ensure your order goes out correctly. In some cases, an item(s) may not be available at time of shipment. These items will not appear on your packing slip and will not be charged.

For lost, missing, incorrect items or items damaged in transit please call our Customer Service department (706) 487-8712 to report your issue.
