Frequently asked questions

When will my order be ready for pickup?

 

Most items will be ready for Pick Up Today / Curbside Pickup within one store hour of the time you place your order online. We'll notify you via email, text and/or in the Carter's app when your items are ready for pickup. Place your order 1 hour before close for same-day pickup.

How will I know my order is ready for pickup?

 

When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a Ready for Pickup email, text or notification through the Carter's app, which will include instructions for picking up your item(s).

What do I do when I arrive at the store?

 

For Curbside: When you arrive, park and let us know you're here in the Carter's app. To download the app, click the link in your confirmation email or text. Pop the trunk and we'll pack it up. Contact free!

For Pick Up Today: When you arrive, head inside and head to the cash registers with your email confirmation ready. Should be super quick!

Who can pick up my order?

 

You or whoever you designated as your pickup person while ordering can pick up your order.

What if I need to cancel my Pick Up Today / Curbside order?

 

To cancel your Pick Up Today / Curbside order, please contact a Carter’s Customer Service representative at 1-877-333-0117. Please have your original payment information available when calling to cancel your order.

How do I return my order?

 

It’s easy to return it to one of our 850+ stores within 90 days. However, you cannot return your items Curbside, you must come into the store. If you're a Rewarding Moments(TM) member, no receipt needed! To return by mail, simply print a return label from MyAccount.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

 

You will have 14 days to pick up your order. If you can’t pick up your order within this 14-day window, we’ll cancel it and refund your purchase.

Is Pick Up Today and Curbside available everywhere?

 

The option to pick up in store today is available at all of our locations. Curbside pickup is available in select locations from 12pm to 6pm daily.
